Imee Gutierrez, owner and founder of ILG Canada Visa Immigration Solutions, is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Imee Gutierrez is also an active member of The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). CAPIC is the professional organization created for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) licenses and regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest. The College regulates Canadian immigration, citizenship and international student advising services. Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants have authorized representatives within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada) and the Regulations and may represent clients before Citizenship and Immigration Canada. It is an offense punishable by law to provide Canadian immigration services for a fee or other consideration if not regulated by The College, a Canadian law society, or the Chambre des notaries du Québec.
